A distinctive looking, bright and airy summerhouse set off by an elegant roof overhang.

STANDARD FEATURES

Georgian style windows and doors with 'antique' style fittings. Doors fully glazed and flanked by two fixed windows. Both sides have a top hung full length opening window. Locking doors. Spirit based treatment throughout.

Toughened glass. Window boxes.

Doors: 4' (1.21m) wide double doors.

Cladding: A choice of 12mm tongue and grooved deal or cedar shiplap or 15mm deal logroll.

Framing: 33mm x 45mm deal.
