The Malvern Newland Summerhouse is one of the newest summerhouses in our range. The Newland is available in six different sizes and is available in Deal or Cedar cladding. Safety glass is fitted throughout, making the Newland a favourite place to relax after a hard day.

Size: 10' wide x 8' deep. (3.05m x 2.44m)

Eaves height (internal): Back 5' 11" (1.80m) Front 7' (2.13m)

Doors: 4' (1.21m) wide double doors.

Cladding: A choice of 12mm tongue and grooved deal or cedar shiplap or 15mm deal logroll.

Framing: 33mm x 45mm deal.
