HATCH BEAUCHAMP PARISH COUNCIL
Minutes of an extraordinary meeting of the Hatch Beauchamp Parish Council held in the Village Hall on Wednesday 24 November 2004 at 7.30pm.
Present:- Mr Hounsell (in the chair), M/s Hooper, Messrs Buck, Downie, Holt, and Parsons.
Apologies:- Messrs Fowler and Graham.

1139 Planning Application 19/2004/016 – erection of two storey extension to form ancillary accommodation to Rose Cottage (resubmission of 19/2004/010)
The Chairman adjourned the meeting to allow a member of the public who was present to make representations about this application. On re-convening the Council considered this application
RESOLVED that TDBC be informed that the Council has no objection in principle to this application, but in the light of the representations which have been made about the present arrangements to deal with foul water from the property, the Council express reservations about the proposed foul water arrangements and ask TDBC to clarify those arrangements and satisfy itself that they will be adequate before coming to a decision on the application.
1140 Planning Application 19/2004/017 – construction of new coach house building incorporating and extending existing garage building, providing clients studio and annexe living accommodation ancillary to main house, The Old Rectory and Application 19/2004/018CA – (Demolition of unlisted building in a CA ) – removal of tiled roof and partial demolition of outbuilding/garage as part of new coach house construction, The Old Rectory
The Chairman adjourned the meeting to allow members of the public who were present to make representations about these applications. On re-convening the Council considered these applications.
RESOLVED that TDBC be advised that the Council has no observations to make on these applications
(Note:- M/s Hooper asked that it be recorded in accordance with Standing Order No 9 that she abstained from voting on this resolution)
1141 Consultation on proposed Vodafone installation, Stoneyhead Hill South, Meare Court Farm, Meare Green
The Council considered a letter from agents acting on behalf of Vodafone consulting on this proposed installation prior to submitting a planning application
RESOLVED that the letter be noted.
The Chairman closed the meeting at 9pm
