21) Audit of Accounts.

a) The Council’s external auditor (Moore Stephens) has confirmed that 30 June 2004 has been appointed as the date for electors to question the accounts for the year ended 31 March 2004.

b) Under the new arrangements the Council has to agree a Statement of Accounts in a revised form, and give a new Statement of Assurance which must be certified by the Chairman. A completed copy will be available consideration at the meeting
