a)      Home Fire Safety – SCC fire and Emergency Planning are seeking details of all organisations that might include their “target” groups for a free smoke detector which will be provided with the help of the Secretary to the Hall Committee

b)      TDBC have provided a draft map of outdoor recreation space and are seeking confirmation as to its accuracy.

c)      Land adjacent to 8 Crimthorne Cottages for erection of dwelling– for members information the appeal has been dismissed.

d)      A summary of the circulation sheets for 28 September, 21 October and 7 November is attached. The only issue for consideration is whether to respond to the consultation on Somerset’s Waste Management Strategy
