978 Declarations of interest
M/s Hooper and Mr Hounsell declared a personal interest in Minute No 979 (letter from Mr Kingston regarding minute of decision relating to Unit 9 Hatch Mews) on the grounds that they were neighbours.
979 Letter from Mr A Kingston relating to minute of decision relating to Unit 9 Hatch Mews (minute 952)
Members considered a letter from Mr Kingston in which he queried the accuracy of part of the minute recording the Council’s decision in respect of a planning application (Application No 19/2003/012) to extend Unit 9 at Hatch Mews. The Council had approved the minute as a correct record at its meeting on 10 September. The Chairman adjourned the meeting on a number of occasions to enable further points to be made by members of the public. Members accepted that some clarification could be agreed
RESOLVED that for the purposes of clarification it be agreed that
1) the reference in paragraph a) of minute 952 to the western gable of the extended building is a reference to the frontage of the building to Station Road
2) the reference in paragraph d) of minute 952 limiting the hours when construction work may be undertaken to normal working hours with no work on Saturdays and Sundays be interpreted as meaning a limitation to normal construction hours
and that TDBC be informed accordingly
The Chairman closed the meeting at 8.30pm
P Hounsell
Chairman
