Minutes of an extraordinary meeting of the Hatch Beauchamp Parish Council held at Buttles Lodge on Monday 13 January 2003 at 9.00am.

Present:- Mr Hounsell, (Chairman); M/s Hooper; Messrs Downie, Fowler and Townson.

Apologies:- Messrs Lintern and Rogers.

There were no declarations of interest

856 Development at Buttles Lodge (Applications No. 19/2002/027 and 19/2002/028LB)

The Council gave further to these 2 applications for planning consent and listed building consent for the erection of an extension towards the road at Buttles Lodge. Members also inspected the site.

RESOLVED:- That TDBC be informed that the Council is concerned at the effect of the proposal on the original building which will upset its balance and appearance, and that consequently the proposals cannot be supported.
