833 Development at Belmont Farm entrance to Line Wood (Application No 19/2002/021)
The Council considered this application for the formation of a temporary car parking area for up to 6 cars between the hours of 9am and 7pm on Wednesday and Saturdays from March to November
RESOLVED:- That TDBC be informed that the Council has no objection to the application, but to avoid indiscriminate parking by those visiting the wood the Council would wish consideration to be given to the provision of suitable notices drawing attention to the availability of the facility
834 Development at Belmont Farm (Application No 19/2001/023TEL)
The Council gave consideration to amended plans of this proposal to erect a monopole telecommunications mast together with associated equipment. The location of the mast had been moved in a south- western direction; it had been reduced in height to 20 metres; and the access had been revised. It was understood that a demonstration tower was to be erected on the proposed site, but this had not yet been done
RESOLVED:- That TDBC be informed that the Council maintains its objection to the proposal for the reasons set out in minutes 706 of 5 December 2001 and 781 of 21 May 2002, but that the Council would be willing to give further consideration to the proposal once the demonstration mast has been erected provided that the model is truly representative of the proposed installation
The Chairman closed the meeting at 7.45pm
