Mr Townson declared an interest in Minute No 784 (Development adjacent to 8 Crimthorne Cottages) and left the meeting whilst this item was being discussed.

The Council considered this "outline" application to erect a dwelling on land adjacent to 8 Crimthorne Cottages.

RESOLVED :- That TDBC be informed that the Council objects to this application because

1) the proposed development will adversely change the character of this row of cottages

2) on the submitted indicative plan there is no access to the rear of the plot.

The Council considered this application to raise the height of part of the existing roof by a maximum of 1.2m

RESOLVED:- That TDBC be informed that the Council has no objection to the application
