Minutes of an extraordinary meeting of the Hatch Beauchamp Parish Council held in the Village Hall on Wednesday 25 April 2007 following the Annual Parish Meeting.

1403 Declarations of interest
            There were no declarations of interest

1404 Application 19/2007/004 – demolition of an existing garage and the erection of a detached dwelling house with attached garage, land adjoining Ivy Cottage

RESOLVED that TDBC be informed that the Council has no objection to the application given the consent which already exists, and would prefer to see local stone used in the construction or featured in the elevations and no bland render
